To improve the employability of students the special training is an important part of training and placement activity. Each interested student should undergo the specific goal oriented training other than curriculum studies. Before the training it is essential to conduct the Employability Skill Evaluation Test. The test may arrange in-house in support of each individual department or may be in support of outside agencies professionally. This will give a clear direction to plan different training programs for student at different level. It is essential that training must start at first year first semester not at last semester. Majority of the reputed institute starts the training directed towards better placement from the first semester itself which leads to increase the number in placements after four year.
